Only we will know the truth.
They talked about you and me
Saw things they didn't see

All the words we didn't say
Never needed to explain

We didn't watch those stars
Late at night in the dark

Our worlds were night and day
We threw everything away

And even after all this time
Thinking of you, I smile.
