An invitation to long summer days
Summer calls me dreaming
through the warm dark night
to the starry heavens
where my dreams take flight;

'Come with me, my lovely,
and together we will fly
along the Milky Way
to the moon high in the sky,

There we'll softly wander
Through the crystal night
'Til the clarion call of morning
Opens up our eyes.'

"Til the chariot of morning" was changed to "Til the Clarion call of morning" in Sept of 2018. I realized that it actually made more sense, and also whenever I thought of the poem that was how I quoted it to myself. And yes, I do quote my own works. :)
