It's not difficult to be happy.
When I was small, my late grandfather had told me an old tale of “bluebird of happiness”. He said if by any chance, fate had made someone found it, “bluebird of happiness” would grant you anything you’d wish for. But only one.

Being an innocent child, I’ve tried to find this so called wish granter. I’ve started collecting colorful and beautiful marbles to mark each passing years I’ve spent in my pursuit. They’re kept safely inside boxes stacked neatly in wooden cupboard. In nights where I couldn’t sleep and tired from chasing this endless dream, I’d put them out one by one to admire, reminisces and help me being motivated.

But, this day, it didn’t matter anymore. As I lazed around in front of my porch, drinking coconut I’ve harvested myself, I let my oldest son messing around with those marbles. He probably would use them again for treasure hunting game with his friends, and that was cool of him.

Sometimes, I’d still daydream about the story in spare time. But, then again, as I looked at my pregnant wife sitting at my side serenely, maybe I’ve found it. I probably did not find “bluebird of happiness” mentioned in the old tale of my grandfather, but it was all in appearance. And perhaps, my grandfather had found it too, if the secret smile he gave me that time was a hint.
