A poem about an underestimated girl.
Underestimated

Underestimated
A girl walked up to me,
"May I ride your skateboard?"
Asked condescendingly."
And was I ever floored.

Underestimated
I told her of the risk.
"Was she afraid to die?"
"You don’t need to worry,"
She answered in reply.

Underestimated
She dropped it to the ground
And mounting on the fly
Said that, "I'll be careful
So you won't have to sigh."

Underestimated,
She flipped the board around
And twisted through the sky,
Clapped her hands, exploding,
Like fireworks in July.
