His Lies...
Was it really possible,

Or was it all façade,

Did you truly mean it,

Those sweet, innocent words.



Your words burnt deep,

I feel in my veins,

You should have fought,

You should have tried.



If you cared,

You would have been there,

To hold me tight,

Taming my shaking hands.



You could have stopped me,

But you weren’t there,

You were hiding behind your mask,

Telling me lies, your masquerade.



I know now,

You’re a con,

A true artist,

And excellent at your trade.
