Another poem about love, but of the death of a loved one
A Mangled Thought, A Smile, A Tear,
Losing Someone You Loved So Dear,
A Wretched World Has Bourned Your Fear,
You'll Never See Them, Even if You Know They're Near.

Tired of the Short End of the Stick,
So Tired It Makes You Sick,
A Sharp Thorn To Your Heart Makes A Prick,
Bleeding Bit by Bit Until the Thorn's Covered in Slick.

You Join the Ranks of the Stars Above,
Your Wings As White as a Heavenly Dove,
And to Think, You Died By The Hands of Love,
Over the One and Only You Love.
