A boy who's life is not known by those around him.
If you were to see he him you would not know.
You couldn't tell beneath that fake smile, sparkling eyes, and long sleve shirt that this boy lives in hell.
His smile lies to you, his eyes only sparkel because they have been moist, and his sleves hide his painful scars.

Out in the world you would say he is a happy boy, only because he is an actor.
At home, happiness is an alien emotion, as is love.
Never had he gone a day without feeling pain.
Never had he had the luxory of eating a cooked meal.
Kind words to his parents were exchanged with hurtful yells.

His only saftey at home was his corner.
It hid him well.

He often tried to tell people about himself.
He tried many ways to let them know that his life was not as it appeared.

His parents justified there abuse.
Punishment for a bad child is what he was told.
Embaressment made him hide it, but fear made him secretly tell it.

He often looked out his window when he got the chance.
He would admire the family across the street and envied it.
He knew though that what he wanted could never be his.

One day he was found.
Alone.
In the woods.
What he had done would change your mind about him.
