Irritated with religion spent 10 minutes on a brain dump.
Awash in waves of ignorance.
Adrift on a sea of shame.
Drowning in fictional dogma.
Our happiness tacked to a cross.
False witness in a wafer.
Washed down with bitter lies.
Peace on earth now, quashed by the fantasy of eternal life.
Faith is insanity beholden to a myth.
A true prophet’s words betrayed.
Radical visions of a life unencumbered, subverted by those who seek to bend divinity to their own means.
That which is real is within us.
Leaves of paper long intended to pass, bind us still.
Step away from the lies and walk into the light intended.
There is no god, only man, embrace those around you, for when they are gone they are lost.
There is no tomorrow.
There is only that which you see today.
Open your eyes to the beauty that surrounds you.
There is no promised land beyond what you see before you.
Seek the truth and leave the second hand lies to those that penned them.
And to borrow a phrase, “ that which is past is prologue.”
It’s time to alter the script.

No matter how much credit you give Jesus in this lifetime for the inane choices you make on a daily basis that don’t end up in disaster. You won’t receive any bonuses in the fictional afterlife your investing in, because you are living in a cash only existence that ends when you stop breathing.
Sorry, but thanks for playing.
Or to borrow another phrase, “so long, and thanks for all the fish.”
