The morning chill will soon turn to the afternoons heat.

I Have Seen

I have seen the morning as the Sun raises over the mountains.
The day is alive with the creatures drinking from water fountains.
The morning chill will soon be overcome by the afternoon heat.
Then all the creatures will search for the cool shade they seek.

Through the day they will run and jump as they chase another.
Until the light of day begins to fade into darkness natures cover.
most of the creatures will settle in nests for a good nights rest.
They know tomorrow they can play again and give it their best.

Through the night they cuddle to stay warm in their own homes.
When the Sun goes down the nights mist can chill their bones.
It's quiet in the forest as day fades into a dimly lit Moon night.
Tomorrow life's cycle repeats at the beginning of days first light.
