A heart that has been through alot of pain
My heart is like an empty house
  With the same forsaken air,
A newly vacant house, it's true,
  With a new "For Rent" sign there.

And if the doors are all locked tight,
  The windows smudged and black,
The tenant who leased it before you
  Took hardly the time to unpack.

The rental fee is very low,
  The only requirement - romance;
Yet I'm afraid I must insist
  On full payment in advance!
