beyond the meadows, I journeyed and sought
Deep in the shadows

beyond the meadows

I journeyed and sought

that which can't be bought

I walked years in mind

hoping one day to find

That smile i once had

before frozen and chilled sad

Deep in the shadows

I searched for you

now we are no longer two

This i finally found

beyond the meadows and the mound

Sitting inside

that beautiful heart, you so dearly hide

Finally now my emotions are set

all due to you that I've met
