He calls from the darkness, leading the naive to their doom. Do not heed his summons!
Sing to me, Marisol.
Dance with me in the woods.
Forsake the love of friends
For that which never ends.
Sing to me, Marisol.
Dance with me in the woods.
Now around the fairy's circle,
Trapped forevermore.

Run to me, Isabel.
Come with me to my home.
Forsake the love of friends
For that which never ends.
Run to me, Isabel.
Come with me to my home.
Drink the poison that I give you.
Then, you are no more.

Follow me, dear Camille.
Follow me like a sheep.
Forget the life you had.
With me you shall be glad.
Follow me, dear Camille.
Follow me like a sheep.
Off the cliff you now must tumble,
Troubled nevermore.

I am the one who lures
Poor, unfortunate girls.
From safety do they roam,
From love and warmth and home.
Into the night they come,
drawn by my tender song.
Then I lead them to believe that
Life is but a chore.

I am the one who lures
Poor, unfortunate girls.
From out of cozy rooms,
They come to meet their dooms.
I am the one who leads
All of them to beyond
Earthly wants and shallow cravings.
These they feel no more.

I am the Tempter in the Night,
who calls away the damned.
I call these women to the fire
Upon my lord's command.
I feel neither delight nor disgust in my act
I do simply what master demands.
My job, nothing more.
