Something peculiar in the patients mouth!!!
A patient came saying his mouth was in pain;
the ache and throbbing were driving him insane.
He told me his molar was making him mad;
I said try to relax it can't be that bad.

I told the gentleman to open up wide,
then took a gander at the problem inside.
His gums were fine with no cavity in sight,
not even an abscess or strange looking bite.

Let me take an x-ray, I see something green;
I see kicking of legs and something quite mean.
There's a strange little thing inside of your cheek;
I'll clean my glasses and take another peek.

It's a leprechaun! He is stealing your gold!
I'll try to extract him in spite of his hold.
He's pushing and pulling and saying bad things;
I hear sawing, banging, and all kinds of pings.

St. Patrick's Day has passed, it's almost Easter;
maybe he'll leave if I shoot up his keester!
The shot only made the little guy madder;
he shook his fist and continued to chatter.

I yanked on his bottom with all of my might,
but the ornery little dude just held on tight.
I perused through journals and the things I've read
and concluded you're stuck with this guy in your head.

Then suddenly a thought came into my mind.
How could I have been so incredibly blind?
The leprechaun popped out and ran like a fox,
in his hand a ticket, one-way to Fort Knox.
