romance, love
They say goodbye is the saddest word, but I’m not so sure. Goodbye means so much more that the average word in the English dictionary. Goodbye could mean forever leaving or it could mean a new beginning. Only the practiced artisans in the are of goodbye could allow the calmest poker face while saying that oh so full word.
I happen to be one of the skilled artists who can pull off a goodbye without so much as a blink. This is a skill I have been quite proud of while growing up, now not so much.
I am a twenty year old virgin. No not the sexual kind, the emotional kind. I am so unskilled in the art form of love that I cannot produce one ounce of feeling for this man I am leaving behind.
They also say old dogs cannot learn new tricks, I am finding this part to be true in the most unfortunate way. I know I must create at least one tear of sorrow before I leave his sight, however there is still no fruition in that foreign area.
