Safe House
We create fear through the assumption of pain
dying slowly in bondage of unbreakable chains
When the only true prison is refusal to solve
the riddles of darkness so we fail to evolve
Of course, it is much safer to fear
live in a box built on boundries with no exits near
Do you see it? Are your eyes blind or just simply closed?
If you did force them open, would you fear what's exposed?
Don't ever look. Never open your mind
to a land full pestalence, malice, and lies.
Run away hiding for this land's full of guilt
and if its' darkness consumes you you'll be stained by its' filth
So I urge you to go, leave as fast as you can
paying no further worry to this sorrow filled land
where all suffering spawns from the children who fear
as they dance in confusion by the river of tears.
So I beg you to go. I beg you you must
pay no mind to this riddle. All is answered when dust
