tears and fears, a child is scared.
Lights flashing, a child cries:
Gloved hands a gentle touch:
Pain, suffering, no reason why:
Anger flared, Not loved that much.

A small bundle on a bed:
Nurses watch, they see a tear:
See the bear beside their head:
Say some words, now there's fear.

Innocents lost through belts and whips:
Blind to some, this love so wrong:
Take a look upon their hips:
Deaf to cries, like some bad song.

Back to home some will go:
Others lucky, they're set free:
Home to a wrong love all they know:
To sun and laughter, that's meant to be.

Let no lights go flashin g by:
let no parent raise a hand:
Let no child scream or cry:
Let an innocent child be a man.
