a sonnet. I know the first line needs one more sylable, but i can't think of anything :(
With the wind, blow a thousand faces,
And a thousand faces are gone, fading
Away, time memories erases
But the faces still continue dancing.

At the window I sit, hiding my fears,
Distancing the fading faces, who's song,
Drifting through the room, falls upon my ears.
It's melody is resounding and strong.

Overtones of laughter and happiness
Woven into the melancholy tune
Draw tears from my stained eyes, with lonelyness
Creeping up from behind. Out comes the moon.

And away the faces are gone,"good night"
I whisper, hoping all will be alright.
