Friends don't last. loved ones do.
Friends can never last

You always have to leave them in the past

With every new move you must cast them aside

Eventually alone you will abide

You can’t bring back the past and confide in those who are lost who you once use to admire

You can’t bring them back thru seer desire

They’re gone and you must move on to the next buyer

You must go on to a higher place

Sometimes this is not the case

One needs a steady pace of life

Distance is no life to live

It’s a life of strife

But if one person is willing to give

That person becomes more than a friend

It becomes a loved one
