A poem about a disease worst than what most people think.
How would you feel if someone took away your right to smile,
Your right to communicate and to do anything worth while?
How would you feel if you were bound to a wheel chair,
When a good day is just knowing you're there.
To have your soul completey degrade,
And to be stuck at the mercy of everyone’s aid!
To feel hopeless, lost, and without a clue,
Confused, senile, and completely blue?
What would it feel like to question society,
To be pitied out of your own notoriety?
How would you feel if everything was taken away,
While in your own bed you mindlessly lay!
Alzheimer’s horror is astonishingly secure,
Bless their souls, but find a cure.
