I wrote this when thinking about a thunderstorm that had just gone through.
The rain is grumbling in distant skies
then growling and snarling when closer by

It shouts and yells when over my head
then mumbles and grumbles off again

Leaving a patter of complaints behind
and then blue skies until next time
