A cute love poem that rhymes, for my sweetheart.
|I’ve bought you almost every gift that a boyfriend can,
Things you receive on special days so happily from a man;
But one romantic item brought joy I can recall –
A sweet bouquet of flowers to you that wasn’t small…
You always guarantee for us that I’m not wasting money,
By telling me what you’d prefer as presents from your honey,
So this time, I decided to save and for Valentine's Day, bought you,
An inexpensive bouquet of flowers, which you’d prefer I do!
Treasuring this wondrous set of rosy scented flowers,
We saw how gracious love could be all these countless hours,
Not worried about the work, or the cars which drive us batty,
Spending time in each other’s arms, so happy, warm, and chatty!
