this is a poem about cara, a mord sith in the legend of the seeker series.
looking in the mirror, i see nothing that i know
all confusion, chaos, spinning
why can't i let go?

darkness surrounds me
suddenly i find it hard to breathe

no matter what i see or don't see
i can't tell what to believe
