Don't read this. It's a bit macabre.
Nightly shadows emit naught but death
Departed souls deprived of breath

Hearts weaken with painful bouts of sorrow
Questioning if there exists a tomorrow

Deadened trees, scorched grass
crumbling structures, and scattered glass

Billowing smoke, Waves of vermin,
Unanimously preaching an unheard sermon

These desolate lands breed pestilence
Feelings of anguish are intense

Dusk skies morph into dawn
An image with a familiar spawn

From this comes restricted light
Oppressed by great blight

This action dimly illuminates a lonely sign
Nearly collapsed, it's seemingly benign

The engraving effectively ends this tale
It reads, in all languages, "Welcome to Hell"
