My entries for the 55-Word Story Contest. Challenging stuff!
For some reason, for me, 55 Words is FAR tougher than 25, or even 6! This is because 55 words seems like a lot to work with, when in reality it's just enough to get your creativity flowing, get a great story going, start to work in some fantastic imagery... and then you're out of words. But they are a great tool for any writer looking to streamline their storytelling abilities, and trying to hone their editing skills!
