Memories of My dad and I
I remember times like Kinzu Damn, all of the camping we did.
Yogi Bear, all the movies you took us kids.
Cedar point when your strap kept clicking,
After that when we went to pro wrestling.
Caunneat, and the lake with all the fish.
Ending every night with a hug and a kiss.
Calling each other names while lying in bed.
Going deer jumping, digging a BB out of your head.
Watching mashed potatoes splatter during our food fight.
All of our long talks, out on the porch at night.
Watching you bear hug that tree after the ladder fell.
Getting mad when you laughed at me, after mom would yell.
Building red dog dams in the driveway, every time it would rain.
Seeing you up Momus, for every Christmas game.
Watching you with Big Johnny, paddle a canoe down stream.
Every time at Kennywood, we'd have to ride that yellow machine.
Just a few memories, I wanted to share about my dad and I.
Sometimes I think he has forgotten them, but I'll remember until I die.
