I was a very young widow and just recently wrote about it. Since then, the dreams stopped.
Its late at night, smoking on the porch
Thinking of the days that are gone
I think of you, my smile goes fast
I cant seem to ever move on

I remember
Your letters
On blue pages
And how our love would never fade
I remember
Those letters
Signed with your love
And how you’d never be away

I look in eyes of people in love
I joke around to stop the tears
I go to sleep just see your face
Just like I did when you were here

I remember
Your letters
On blue pages
And how our love would never fade
I remember
Those letters
Signed with your love
And how you’d never be away

My hearts still yours, it beats for you
And I cant seem to be free
My soul is yours, it will be forever
How could you be taken from me

It’s been seven years, each nights the same
You’re haunting all my dreams
With fantasies of our happy home
I’ll always keep those memories
That we shared together
But its time for me to let you go

I’ll remember
Your letters
On blue pages
And how you said our love would never die
I’ll remember
Those letters
Filled with great love
But now I know I must write good bye

I will remember, your letters on blue pages
