another poem of life
The joy and light
all disappear
when darkness comes
so hopeless and near

The warmth on top
the coldness below
Of this Earth
The blackness we know

All the losses
Of today and tomorrow
are the proof of joy
How it turns to sorrow

In this world
Where we think we're free
But we are bound
by the heart's debris

The funeral march
The fading sun
another night
without hope or light

Shades of shadow
shades of night
the precious grays
are no longer light.

The illusion of joy
an illusion that's coy
don't break through
To truth - and die.
