Challenge: choose 1 event that affected two people in different ways. I chose birth.
Glaring bright and loud
Looking for my warm cocoon
I open my mouth and wail

Pink tiny angel
I count ten fingers and toes
Oh what perfection!

Note: This is a work in progress. I plan to write additional stanzas. Looking for some initial critique. Thanks!
