I'm not used to poetry, but this came to me. About how the good old days have changed.
As I sit here thinking
My heart begins sinking
What happened to the good times
Back when the clock sounded like happy chimes
Back when three little words made eyes light up
Before things were a half empty cup
Now all I have is a broken heart
Which feels pushed away like the wind pushing a cart.
