Build your own conclusion. Poems, in my opinion, are to be interpreted by the reader...
To ask of you to listen,
And hear as well as that,
Is asking the snow to glisten,
To me, I know, is fact,

You're there for me in light,
In dark, in cold and wet,
We never lose the sight,
Of where and why we met,

As friends we stand together,
To challenge any foe,
To journey till whenever,
While roaming, to and fro,

With my heart, I guide you,
And whence look down I see,
Your hand is there inside of mine,
As you too, are guiding me...

We grow and learn anew,
The pieces of our past,
Our love it continues to grow,
And some remain aghast,

But through all of the trials,
The good, the hard, or whatever,
I know I'll always love you,
For always, and forever...
