My mother recently died I'm still kinda dealing with it
Mom may you always rest in peace,

I hope the demons that plagued you have ceased,

I’m sorry I couldn’t be a better son to you,

Our sweet moments were few,

But I always loved you and I hope you know that to be true,

I sore high into the sky so blue,

Somewhere in my soul I know my dreams will come true,

This would not be the true without the help of you,

Your wisdom was priceless,

A princess caught in the middle of a crisis,

You deserved more then you got,

Through your life an ultimate truth was always sought,

This you never caught,

Her search was for the secret to become happy and just be,

In my heart I now this secret would set us all free,

Your loving son always, NB
