Too Tired

"'Oh no, not again! Ahhhhr! Snodgrass! SNODGRASS!"

"Yes Master."

"Where are my stockings! I mean socks! Socks, I mean socks. God this job is really getting to me. No, not the red ones! I liked it much better when I wore green as well, such a peaceful colour. Why is there a hole in the heel?"

"Um..."

"Have you been eating my socks again?"

"Well I, er um."

"Oh, you elves have some really bad habits. Yeuk. Get me another pair!"

"Yes master, well I wouldn't have to eat your socks if I wasn't so stressed all the time."

"Did you say something?"

"No Master, of course not Master. I'll get your socks."

"Just a little rest before I go, hmmm this bed is so soft and ..."

"Here are your, no! Wake up Master its time to go. Master, Master!"

"Go away, leave me alone."

"Master."

"I'm warning you, leave me!"

"Master, think of all the children waiting."

"I'm not doing this any more - that's it, I quit."

"Oh no, oh no. What am I going to do? Don't panic, get a grip, no Snoddy that doesn't mean holding on to your arm tightly. Ha ha ha, I am so funny. He just doesn't appreciate my talents. I'll show him. Rudolph! Rudolph!"

"Yeah man what's up, chill dude."

"Why do you talk like that Rudolph? I've never seen you with a surf board."

"Well I..."

"Never mind, we don't have the time. It's like this, Mr Claws is not delivering this Christmas so - I'm going to do it."

"Say what?"

That's right, me. I'm going to deliver with your help of course, so get your guys tethered up and let's go. Time means presents, presents mean time, or something like that."

"Aright man, no sweat, we gotta do, what we gotta do, yeah right on."

"What's this on the floor? Your antlers I presume."

"Yeah man, they is too heavy man to be wearing all the time. I'll hang them on now"

"Ready?"

"Hop on in dude, we is on our way."

"Snodgrass up, up and away, Snodgrass the hero of the day, I 'm coming children! What a time to find out I've got vertigo. Aahhh!"
