Just something quick i jotted down a while ago.
Sitting in a garden
In between the trees
The beautiful green grass
As bright as fresh peas

I can see the flowers
Swaying in the breeze
The pinks, yellows, and reds
And I forget about my disease

The air at a stand still
As peaceful as the cloudless sky
The sun is shining down on me
As my life is passing by

I take every breath
As slowly as I can
Because one will be my last
And…
