about a young girl and her mirror ... i wrote this in year 7 :)
13th of March, that’s when it happened, i saw her…

I fell asleep and suddenly i was standing on a road, i knew it was November; it was freezing, and misty rain was draining the heat out of my body. I saw a man, he was lying on the ground, cold frost had made his fingers icy blue and i knew he was dead. The man looked familiar some how.
I started to run but it was like i was on a treadmill, i just couldn’t seem to escape this ghastly scene and the dead man in the road. She appeared right in front of me, a skeleton for a body but with the ghost of flesh hanging off of the white sticks, and i skidded to a halt,

"What are you doing here?" i asked,
"It’s nine o'clock... its time." she said simply, her ghostly voice reverberating through the air around me.
Then the police arrived.
I turned around to see them. I looked back at the girl,
"You have..." i started, but she had gone. I looked down at my body; it was slowly going invisible, being swallowed up by the pitch black.

Then she re-appeared and she reached out to touch me,
"I’ll take you back." she whispered.

  "Get up!" my sister whined.
"What?" i sat up in my bed,
"You were talking in your sleep."
"Gerroff!" i mumbled, then something caught my eye in the mirror, she smiled tightly at me, lifted her finger and put it to her lips...
That November came around slowly and eight months after she appeared in the mirror my father died. My mother told us he had gone to sleep but i heard the police talking about it....
"There was nothing we could have done... his fingers were blue ..."
