a short poem for the boy who lived a just as short life
He wanted a cigarette

So he broke down the walls of his father’s house
Hopped a bus
And rode for as far as it would take him
To the city limits
Where on the boundery line sat a white house
With dirty windows and peeling paint
And he walked in like a beggar

Upon breeching the threshold
He found Wonderland

But dear God
