This poem is about a relationship coming to an end
Write me a letter, to tell me
Everything your lips haven't said.
Write down why we're fighting still
And why we never make amends.

This love is making me weary.
I've never felt a greater dread.
When it comes to our love fading,
Baby why dont we just pretend?

Paint me a picture, to show me
Memories we still hold inside.
Paint the winding road we've traveled
And the way our hands were entwined.

This love is changing with the days.
I never thought i was so blind.
When it comes to losing interest.
Baby why dont we just rewind?
