A Great First Try Awards

"The Great First Try"

Sometimes I come across a new writer whose first efforts are so very good, that I have little doubt of their future success within our art. On those rare occasions you just want others to know how you feel. And we are so lucky as to have the Award-icon system.

This award 'Great First Try' is my personal recognition of just such work. It doesn't mean their work was perfect, only that it is so far above the normal examples of first tries that I am reading. This award allows me to keep track of those budding new authors. Hee-hee, so I can have bragging rights and prove it, when I say," I knew them before they got famous."
