how do you see dreams?
Whispered words,
Flutter of wings,
Hummed songs,
And ancient things.

A long lost thought,
A dream forever gotten,
A spinning web,
A thread of wonder.

The sound of drums,
Rolling thunder,
Rushing water,
And burning ember.

What lies hidden in our thoughts,
Something we can't remember,
The stroke of pen on paper,
Stored away, never to be unlocked.
