Another series of drizzlings spotted the afternoon forecast in the City of Roses. Perk had moved to Portland and opened up this coffee shop first as an internet bar, expanding to selling beverages when the deal for touch-screen monitors made keyboards obsolete. No more clickety-clack of the plastic keys, no more air-dusting the in-betweens of each set of letters. No more tangle of wires for all the electronic components.
