This poem illustrates my love for peanut butter.
I am a lover of peanutbutter.
And for that, I am to say:
I dream of tales that tell me how peanuts can fly, flutter, & bring bells of butter.
I dreamt that I once lived on a peanut farm.
I ran many miles through those fields each & every day.
I imagined peanut stalks, & bells of peanut hay.
I imagined peanutbutter cookie pillows, billowing above the hills & across the flats.
Protruding off of a plateau, pilling on top of plaits.
Yes, plaits! Plaits of peanuts, & peels of it!
Peanuts, that when peeled open, reveals a token,
Of what peanut shells should display.
