I plan to convert this into a script. Going to film this, want to know if it's interesting
I found myself staring into the mirror again. I don’t know what I keep looking for, but I haven’t found it. I glanced down at the ring box with a card that read, “To William, we’re gonna make it. Love, Vanessa” I had the ring on my left hand, ring finger. I sighed and ruffled my hair, then left to meet Vanessa.

When I got there (where?), something in my peripheral vision caught my eye. I turned to see it, but couldn’t figure out what it was. I ignored it and sat down. When Vanessa walked in, I saw it over her shoulder. “Sora!”

Vanessa looked upset. “Um…my name is Vanessa.”

I shook my head. “No, um Sora. There’s a picture of Sora on the wall. From Kingdom Hearts.” I stared at it and Vanessa turned around and stared with me.

She glanced at me, looking concerned. “Are you alright?”

I pulled my gaze away and looked at her. “Um. Am I alright? I’m not sure… You probably know better than I do. Vanessa, do you know why I like Kingdom Hearts?”

Her eyebrows were furrowed completely. “What? No? I didn’t even know you liked it.”

I smiled a little. “I don’t know why I like it either. I just do.” I stared at the picture in silence, smiling.

Vanessa still looked concerned. “Is there a point to you asking?”

“Huh? Oh, yeah. I just haven’t been able to put a finger on what things my friends like that I do with them and what I myself actually like. Kingdom Hearts,” I pointed at the poster happily. “I like.” It was silent for a moment. “Do you know my favorite color?”

“No.”

“Me either. Isn’t that odd? To not know your own favorite color? I don’t have a preference for anything…I have no likes or dislikes that I can think of. Just Kingdom Hearts. I don’t have a personality. Vanessa, what do you see in me?”

She looked very upset. “I see a wonderful young man who treats me right, is very intelligent, but who is worrying me right now. William, are you alright?”

My frown had grown as she spoke. “No. No, Vanessa, I’m not. I can’t allow this to go on.”

Vanessa nodded. “Yes, I’ll help you get over whatever this problem is.”

I shook my head. “No, I didn’t mean that. I meant our relationship. I can’t let it go on if I’m just the polite boy any girl could want. If you like me, I want it to be because of something special about me. Don’t try to talk me out of this decision and don’t say I’m hurting you, cause after two months together, it’s hurting me too. I just need some time for myself.” I took the ring off my finger and heard Vanessa gasp. “Hold onto this.” I handed her the ring. “If I see it again, I’ll have one to trade with you. I promise.”

She kept quiet, in stunned silence. I was stunned myself. I wasn’t sure what was going on with me, but I knew I needed to get out on my own. Something wasn’t right with me, and it ends now.
