A loss of friendship
You never even turned around to see
what you had broken, when you took her from me
no second guessing, just miles of fragmented string
My words in haste you were afraid to descry

I had a friendship I thought was divine
our days spent together all of the time
Swindling happiness is such a teeming crime
Taken away forever were my aspirations, covered in your grime

I cry instead of applauding sleep
you smile as you deliberately seep
One day merited karma you will reap
Then it will be your deed to relentlessly weep

In the shadows I watch in my defeat
My weary eye's plastered on your colossal deceit
Intensely anticipating you tripping over your own two feet
I will adsorb in my own anticipated pleasure your conjectured retreat
