a sonnet about how you feel when your love comes to an end
Now we're sitting here, so close but so far
My face is no longer a little shining star
No sparkles in my gaze, my smile so rare,
Something has changed - I am well aware.

But the pain I feel's not overwhelming me,
That you're no longer mine - I can clearly see.
But I won't cry, I will put up a fight,
And I will make sure that I'm out of your sight.

If this is our end, I will find a way
To be well again and to stay away
It will be like I'm thrown to the depths of hell...
But in some time I will be well.

So my heart says goodbye, I wish you all the best,
Now just leave, now, just let me rest.
