Hope Of Better Years. From my mind a passion came, Hoping the idea of love is the same.

“The Hope Of Better Years”
          2011 circa

I fell on my knees, nevertheless, was not knock down?
While I was there, not on my face was there a frown.
From my mind a passion came,
Hoping the idea of love is the same.
Not getting up with regret appears,
Would that humanity brings better years?
Wars, hate and personal preferences judged?
Morality and darkness have principles merged.
A group calling right and wrong the same,
In this prostration, whom do I blame?
I pray the Lord my soul to keep,
Why not more others fall on their knees and seek.
Seek that the way to be shown,
Caught up in personal desires maybe wrong.
I pray that life is not that I shall judge,
On my knees, I pray that Love is in all merged.
