Hmmmm, a short poem with words.
In this mirror I see the lines that cross this once united face,
in these eyes I see the hope that once defined my fate.
In these arms I feel the strength that held the wind at bay,
in this hand I see the hand that tries my heart today.

Once lost and fallen this warm touch forgotten at my feet,
proud and blind this fool of mine sees nothing but deceit.
Brave souls stand naked and slip the storms of hard and fitful days,
my voice it yearns to free itself and speak the howling truth.
Cry foul!
cry fear!
cry loves not here and let the gales begin!

With broken eyes and feeble arms I spread myself out wide,
like mast and sail swept deeper still down honor driven paths,
and speak as though the meekest words could bend me from my fate.
Cry pity.
Cry loss.
Cry tears for me and pull me from this course.

In this heart I hear the tale, the gale,
of love gone by and lost to someone new.
On my lips a doldrum whispered epitath,
hangs forever lost to you.
