I wrote this poem three summers ago, and I just newly discovered it on my computer.
The Person Unnamed



I don't calm down.



I'm as restless as a stormy sea.



I heat up and my anger breaks through.



No one can calm the waves or cool the heat.



Except one person.



And we've lost all contact except face to face.



I never see that person when I want to.



Only when I'm mad.



And the waves instantly calm.



And the heat is instantly cooled.



But only around that one person.



The person unnamed.
