I think I am a Pelagius.. Maybe, a Nostorius too.

I don't know how to write to the Pope. But, this is a rough outline.

      Dear Pope Benedict xvi,

I am not a theologian, but I think Palagius might be right.
Why should humanity be punished for a sin they did not commit?
Adam ate the forbidden fruit. It was his sin not ours. A new born baby
is not a sinner. The little guy hasn't done anything bad.. yet.
      This is Palagianism heresy?

Mosaic Law is as good a guide to Heaven as the Gospels.

Even Moses did not know Jesus, but he ascended into Heaven.

Ben, do you honestly believe Jews are going to Hell? That's silly.
Most people have a similar goal to live happy, loving, peaceful lives.
They don't all believe in Jesus. Okay. Your the Pope. So you have to
keep your churches full. Does that mean damming all non-Catholics?
      I think not.

Let's face facts Roman Catholicism is loosing popularity. Why not be
more open to other faiths. Have you read  THE GNOSTIC GOSPELS
by Elaine Pagels? You probably have a copy in the Vatican library...

Well, anywho, I think the Doctrine of Original Sin is not just.
As Palagius said, "We are responsible for our own choices." Isn't that fair?

      Hope your doing well,
