A poem: What if?
If the world was yours,

If you owned all the earth,

If to you money no longer had worth,

What would you do?

If the sky was the ground,

And the ground was the air,

And gravity existed forever nowhere,

How high would you fly?

If the moon was for picking,

Swinging up in space,

If you could reach up, take it from its place,

To whom would you give it?

If you were loved far and near,

If you lived for your fame,

If on everyone’s tongue resided your name,

What would you say?

If strength was too easy,

And you could dig up the sea,

If your might was too great for any small fee,

Where would you go?

If the world was small,

If you were your own,

If besides God, you were alone,

How would you live?
