Echoes of Henley's "Invictus"; A love of dance transcends death.
I will not sit quietly
*with folded hands
when lively music plays
I will dance.

I will not stand quietly
along the edge
of life's dance floor
I will dance.

I will not go quietly
off that dance floor
so long as I can hear the song
I will dance.

In my casket quietly
I may lay
but still in the memory of friends
I will dance.
