This song is talking about the way our society is, and how we don't care about anyone else
I have lost the sound of age,
and repetition of time
History now is just people running with their pockets full of crime,
Oppressing us till we are blind.
And I promised I wouldn’t surrender to their ideas
the society has sown our eyes shut by the obsession with the wage of our careers.

They say
Just don’t; just don’t care, it’s on the news
there all the same,
people dying
and young children getting abused
I don’t care about anyone else,
I have my own life, my own kids, and my own wealth.
Everything else I refuse,
Yea, I have my own fair-share of virtues.

They argue about politics and how the economy is built,
ignoring the girl covered in her neighbors filth.
Yea, the alleys are a scary place to go,
they see a man being chased in dark, and they walk away as if they didn't know.

Grenades flying across the street
racism escaping the brother’s teeth
suppressing their words
if u can’t see them, then they aren’t heard.

They say
Just don’t; just don’t care, it’s on the news
there all the same,
people dying
and young children getting abused
I don’t care about anyone else,
I have my own life, my own kids, and my own wealth.
Everything else I refuse,
Yea, I have my own fair-share of virtues.
